GOD BLESS AMERICA? WHY?

I am amazed at the sudden wave of patriotism that has swept over America since the destruction of the WTC on 11 September. It is impossible to turn on the television without seeing one group or other standing, with tears streaming, singing "God Bless America." Old Glory has enjoyed popularity never before seen in this country. The sales of the American flag have soared and are being displayed everywhere: on cars, in the windows of houses, in yards, business etc. Yes, people all over America are waving the flag and singing God Bless America, But why would He?

Why would GOD bless an America that, each year, murders millions of unborn babies through abortion? The U.S. Government sanctions these murders. Many times, American tax dollars actually pay for the murders.

Do the flag wavers want GOD to bless this bloody work?

Why would GOD bless an America that has outlawed prayer, the Bible, or even the mention of His Name in public places such as schools and courthouses? Do the flag wavers expect GOD to bless them as they attempt to throw His Word and His Name out of every public building in the country?

Why would GOD bless an America that protects and promotes the filthy, vile lifestyle of the homosexual? There is even one organization of queers that lobbies congress for a law allowing them to molest little boys. Do the flag wavers expect GOD to bless this type of behavior when He has said that queers should be put to death?

Why would GOD bless an America that kills her own citizens? Remember Ruby Ridge and Waco? Do the flag wavers expect GOD to bless America for butchering innocent men, women and babies?

Why would GOD bless an America that gives government protection to a satanic religion such as Judaism, which not only denies His Son, but also, actually pronounces curses upon Him? Do the flag wavers expect GOD to bless America for protecting the filthy Jewish writings (the Talmud) that say that Jesus is now in hell, boiling in hot excrement? Do they expect blessings on a country that bless the antichrist (1 John 2:22,23; 2 John 7-11)?

Why would GOD bless an America that supports and protects an antichrist nation (Called Israel) in the Middle East that uses money and arms supplied by the U.S. Government to kill innocent men, women and children in Palestine? Do the flag wavers expect GOD to bless America for this?

For which of the above do the flag wavers believe is so worthy of GOD’s blessings? Instead of singing GOD Bless America, maybe we should be singing- GOD Forgive America!
